The Recipient Chooses the Experience

Gift cards are purchased as a dollar value. The recipient can apply the balance toward an eligible Ben Bowen Performance Bodywork service.

When the chosen service costs more than the available gift-card balance, the recipient may pay the remaining difference at booking or checkout.

The gift card provides payment toward a service. It does not automatically reserve an appointment.

What May Be Included in a Session

Depending on the service selected, the recipient’s preferences, and what is appropriate that day, a session may include:

• Swedish and flowing massage

• Deep tissue and trigger point work

• Sports and structural bodywork

• Stretching and mobility

• Cupping

• Hot stones

• Craniosacral work

• Quiet full-body integration

Sessions are customized rather than delivered from a fixed routine. Cupping and hot stones are included when appropriate.

Free parking is available onsite.

Enter through the southwest doors and take the stairs or elevator up one level. A waiting couch is available upstairs, and Ben will meet the recipient before the appointment.
