Welcome to Ben Bowen Performance Bodywork
I do not chase pain or treat the body like a collection of broken parts.
I look at how you work, train, move, recover, and carry stress through the week. Sessions are customized around what your body is experiencing that day—not forced into a standard routine.
Depending on your goals and preferences, your session may include:
Swedish and flowing massage
Deep tissue and trigger point work
Sports and structural bodywork
Stretching and mobility
Cupping
Hot stones
Craniosacral work
Quiet, full-body integration
The goal is simple: support circulation, create room for movement, and help you stay connected to the life you want to keep living.
Deep tissue, Swedish massage, cupping, stretching, heat, sports massage, and craniosacral work are different branches.
The trunk is circulation.
Broad rhythmic work can help the body feel less stagnant and more connected. Focused work gives attention to areas that feel dense, guarded, or overworked. Heat can slow the pace. Movement can reintroduce range without forcing a result.
The modality is not the mission.
The mission is to choose the tools that best support the guest in front of me.
90 Minutes — $111
A comprehensive introduction for new guests.
The longer starting appointment creates room for conversation, movement evaluation when appropriate, focused work, and broader full-body integration.
Includes:
Intake and goal conversation
Movement evaluation when useful
Customized session plan
Focused and full-body bodywork
Cupping and hot stones when appropriate
For people balancing training, work, family, recreation, and accumulated physical demand.
For bodies exposed to repetition, asymmetry, end-range positions, performance pressure, and demanding schedules.
For massage therapists, healthcare workers, tradespeople, teachers, drivers, desk workers, and anyone whose job creates a repeated movement pattern.
For guests who value walking, standing, gardening, traveling, independence, confidence, and regular human contact.
The message is not “anti-aging.” The message is continued participation.
For individuals and groups who need skilled bodywork delivered where they already are.
Every appointment begins with a brief discussion about:
What brings you in
What you do for work
How you train or move
What feels overworked or restricted
What pressure and pacing you prefer
What you want the session to emphasize
During the session, the work may shift based on your comfort, breathing, tissue response, and feedback.
More pressure is not automatically more useful. Quiet work still counts. A focused session can still respect the whole person.
